Ways to keep skin healthy
Various skin problems occur in summer. Skin becomes excessively oily (due to excess sebum production). The tendency increases as the pores of the skin become clogged. Sweats profusely. Skin gets dirty quickly. Scratches and sunburns are more common. Skin is exposed to UV rays. These problems make the skin fragile.
Know the precautions by which your skin can get rid of these problems.
- Cleanse your face at least twice a day with a good face wash. You can use tissue paper to remove excess oil from the skin. Choose an alcohol free, non-foaming, PH balanced face wash.
- When using any cosmetics on the skin, choose gel-based products for dry skin or water-based products for oily skin. Cream-based cosmetics add to the problem in summer.
- Try to drink plenty of water during this time. You can sprinkle water several times a day.Try to keep the skin moist. Bathe regularly.
- Fresh vegetables, fruits, eat more sour fruits rich in anti-oxidants. You can drink green tea. Eat salad mixed with lettuce, cucumber, sour yogurt.
- You can use the scrub two or three days a week to remove excess oil and dirt. Apart from the face, use the scrub on the lips and neck as well.
- Use a hat or umbrella to protect yourself [1] from the sun. Be sure to use sunscreen when going outside during the day. Use an oil-free or non-greasy moisturizer.
- Avoid oily or sugary foods. Do not drink [2] too much tea and coffee. It will be get hotter the body. the body will sweat. You can drink water or fruit juice instead of tea, coffee.
