If you don't sleep well at night after being busy all day, that is, you don't sleep well for six-seven hours, then the next day will not go well. Nutritionist Tasneem Ashiq also says that if you don't sleep well, behavioral problems will occur. There will be no appetite, along with our biggest problems, physical problems, sicknesses and various other problems will arise. There are some foods and some rules for good sleep. They are:


Drinking a glass of warm milk every night 30 minutes before going to bed is effective for good sleep. Because warm milk contains vitamin D, calcium, sodium, and some phosphorus and also contains tryptophan, that plays a very effective role in getting good sleep.

Tasnim Ashiq says different types of nuts, such as peanuts, groundnuts, cashews etc. These nuts are rich in protein and contain nutrients called melatonin and serotonin, which play a very effective role in getting good sleep. A handful of almonds can be eaten for breakfast, dinner or before bed, which has a positive effect on sleep. Various studies have shown that eating cumin water, ginger water, pepper or cloves in the diet will also play a role in sleep.


This nutritionist also says that if we eat foods that contain omega three and vitamin D, essential fatty acids, our insomnia problem will go away.  Seafood is rich in vitamin D and omega-3. This vitamin D and omega three help regulate serotonin. And if serotonin is under control in our body, we will sleep well. So include sea fish like roopchanda fish, litta fish, tuna fish, hilsa fish, coral fish etc. in the diet. Then the sleeping problem will go away.
